Each session is 45 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.
Our expert coaches will walk you through each exercise, ensuring you nail the proper form and offering any modifications you might need to maximize your workout. Throughout the session, they’ll be right there with you, guiding you every step of the way.
